Welcome to DragBlock! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DragBlock! mobile application ("the Game") developed and operated by SC Games ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or playing DragBlock!, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
DragBlock! is intended for users aged 4 and older. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use the Game. By using DragBlock!, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained the necessary parental permission.
SC Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use DragBlock! for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
DragBlock! may offer optional in-app purchases processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Please note:
You agree to use DragBlock! in a fair and respectful manner. You must not engage in behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players, including but not limited to cheating, exploiting, or harassment via any connected features.
All content within DragBlock! — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, game mechanics, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of SC Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our prior written permission.
SC Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, cheats, exploits the Game, or engages in behaviour we deem harmful to the community or the Game — without prior notice or refund.
DragBlock! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SC Games does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DragBlock!, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SC Games is not responsible for any impact on a user's personal life, daily routine, or responsibilities arising from use of the Game. Players are solely responsible for managing their own time and usage.
SC Games reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove features from DragBlock! at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, game mode, or in-app item indefinitely.
DragBlock! may integrate with Apple Game Center and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SC Games is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DragBlock! shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
SC Games may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of DragBlock! after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
